Tallinn TOP 10
~ 3 hours
Learn about Tallinn's top 10 most popular tourist attractions which are a must-see to first time visitors.
Toompea Castle and Pikk Hermann Tower has been the seat of power since the German Knights of the Sword first built a stone fortress here in 1227-29. A large part of what gives Old Town its character is the system of walls and towers that surrounds medieval Tallinn.
Cathedral of St Mary the Virgin (Dome Church, entrance included) standing at the center of Toompea hill is the main Lutheran church in Estonia. Town Hall Square has been the hub of Old Town for the last eight centuries. St. Olav’s Church and Tower was once the tallest building in the world. St. Catherine’s Passage & Masters’ Courtyard is one of the most photogenic of Old Town’s lanes. The street is home to the St. Catherine's Guild, a collection of craft shops where artists create and sell hats, quilts, ceramics, hand-painted silk and other wares. The Rotermann Centre is a trendy shopping and cultural zone, with its central square that's home to an open-air markets, festivals and concerts. Kadriorg Palace with its’ surrounding manicured gardens is home to the foreign art collection of the Art Museum of Estonia. Another must-see in Kadriorg is the Kumu Art Museum, a modern center for contemporary art. Song Festival Grounds feature an outdoor concert arena, built in 1959, and host a multitude of large concerts and festivals through the year.

Living History in Rocca al Mare Open Air Museum
~ 3 hours
Just a short pleasant drive from the Old City you will be introduced to the past of Estonia. The museum gathers a fine collection of 17th/19th century rural architecture from all over the Estonia. Just like in a proper village, here is a church (1699), an inn, a schoolhouse, several mills, a fire station and net sheds by the sea – altogether 72 buildings.
Your guide will turn history into lively scenes as you visit some of these buildings, all surrounded by beautiful forests and the waterfront. The authentic farmyards offer a wonderful review of the old-time life of households of different wealth and subsistence. This is a good way to get an overview of 150 years of rural life, especially if you are not planning to travel south to the typical villages. You'll also be able to buy very fine Estonian handicrafts.
Green bike tour
~ 3,5 hour
Want to meet the president? Well fine, we can't promise you we'll get you past the palace guards, but the green bike tour will at least get you close enough to give the president a quick wave.
Also, riding through the picturesque seaside and the quiet parks it quickly becomes clear why they call Tallinn the Green City. But it's not all about feeling the wind in your hair on the promenade, as the guides will also take you to a very special place that once challenged the entire Soviet empire.
The tour covers the following sights: Park of Kadriorg, KUMU Art Museum, Presidential Palace, Pirita, Seaside, Song Festival Grounds and Tallinn's panorama.
Daytrip to Lahemaa National Park and Manor Tour
~ 7 hours
Estonia's largest national park is an interesting mix of coastal bluffs, dense forest, 7000 year old bogs,
18th century manor houses, and numerous lakes, rivers and waterfalls. Well-restored typical Baltic manorial estates, dating from 18th and 19th centuries give you an overview of the life of aristocracy. Palmse manor is the showpiece of Lahemaa. The 18th century baroque house, open to the public, is filled with period furniture, and you can wander the landscaped grounds to see the 17th century distillery, hotel and granary. A few kilometers north of Palmse, on Käsmu Bay, are the old Soviet Coast Guard barracks at Käsmu, which now house a maritime museum with excellent exhibits on the Soviet era and the history of the village. You will see old fishing villages opening up in their simple peasant charm, keeping alive the traditional lifestyle. The 400-year-old fishing hamlet of Altja, in the north-western corner of the park, has been beautifully preserved.
