Biography: Ainars Bajinskis, PhD in Molecular Genetics. Specialized in Radiation Biology. Currently, is an associated professor at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Latvia, and a head of Radiography studies since 2013. Lecturer at the P.Stradins Medical College since 2007. A member of radiotherapy expert group at the European Federation of Radiographer Societies. Previously worked as medical physicist at the Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy Department, P.Stradins Clinical University Hospital (5 years experience). Regularly teaching radiation biology for radiographers at the Tartu Health Care College (Estonia) and the Karolinska Institutet (Sweden).
