Simple checklist for abstract submission

  • open abstract submission website for NBCC 2015
  • click Account in the horizontal menu
  • fill in your information, remember the username and password that you wrote in the form
  • at the end of the form select your role (Author or Reviewer or both) and click Create button
  • you will receive confirmation email
  • open the confirmation email with your email client
  • click confirmation url in the email
  • log in abstract submission website with the username ja password that you remembered
  • the homepage of your user will open after login
  • after bubheading NBCC 2015 you will see the line with your role Author, click New submission at the end of the line
  • abstract submission consists of 4 steps - fill in all requested information
  • you can omit submiting additional files (if you don't have any)
  • after successful submission you will receive a confirmation email

Congress Presentations

The work presented should be related to the key themes of the conference and written in the English language. The work should be original and not have been presented or published in other conferences. Please fill in the abstract submission from so that main content is on the field "Content - Abstract" (up to 300 words). Whenever possible please structure your text in to four groups (Objective, Methods, Results, Conclusions, the subgroups are not obligatory).
Abstracts accepted for the conference may be presented in the form of either an Oral or Poster Presentation. Submission of an abstract implies the submitter's agreement to register for the conference, pay the appropriate conference registration fee, and make this presentation as scheduled. Submission must not exceed 300 words (excluding title).
After having submitted your abstract, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail with your abstract reference number and personal address code and password. If you do not receive a confirmation by e-mail please contact [email protected]

Oral presentations

Oral presentations will focus on issues related to the themes of the conference. The oral poster session will be held during Session 7, on 05.06.15 at 15:10 - 16:50. Each presentation will be 10 minutes (including discussion).

Posters

Each poster will be displayed during all conference days. Preferred size for printed poster is A1 (594 x 841 mm). Presenters will be asked to be available at their posters at designated times during the conference to answer questions. Posters may include photographs, statistical tables, figures, charts or other graphic material relevant to the project. The abstract should address: purpose of the study, methods or approach, and findings. We kindly ask all poster presenters to put up their posters on 04.06.15 at 8:00 - 9:00.

Abstract Acceptance

Final decisions regarding acceptance of abstracts and presentation format will be made by the members of the Scientific Committee.
If an abstract is accepted, one author must attend the congress and present it in person.
Submitters will be notified of abstract selection by March 15th 2015. All communication will be with the presenting author as indicated on the submission.
Successful presenters must confirm their intent to participate by registering and submitting the appropriate program registration fee by March 20th 2015 in order to be included in the conference program.
