Haapsalu Cultural Centre's balcony room (400 m2) has a large balcony (120m2) and a stepped ceiling. It is an attractive and well-appointed hall and can be easily arranged to suit different needs and occasions. The balcony can be accessed from the hall by a staircase and separate spiral staircase. The balcony is a popular 'getaway' from the hall and is an ideal place for coffee breaks and other refreshments to be served.
