Important information for registration: Your registration will not be confirmed until we have received your payment in full. You must complete all steps for your registration to be accepted. It is not possible to save an incomplete registration and come back to it later. 2,5% bank fee will be applied to creditcard payments.

    Due to the several events in Tallinn during period 24-26.04.25, the availability of hotel accommodation is limited. Please book your accommodation as early as possible.

The following refund policy applies in case of cancellation:
  • 50% of the participation fee will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received before 01st april 2025;
  • No refund will be made if notice of cancellation is received after 01st april 2025;
  • All refunds are charged 50 EUR for handling
