It is not possible to save an incomplete registration and come back to it later. 2,5% bank fee will be applied to creditcard payments.

    Due to the several events in Tallinn during period 09-10.05.2024, the availability of hotel accommodation is limited. Please book your accommodation as early as possible.

The following refund policy applies in case of cancellation:
  • 50% of the participation fee will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received before 08 april 2024;
  • No refund will be made if notice of cancellation is received after 08 april 2024
  • All refunds are charged 50 EUR for handling
