Cancellation terms:

All cancellations must be sent in written way to the Conference Secretariat: [email protected] The following refund policy applies in case of cancellation:

50% of the participation fee will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received before April 01st, 2026;

No refund will be made if notice of cancellation is received after April 01st, 2026;

All refunds are charged 50 EUR for handling.
