    Congress president: MD Lauri Maisvee

    President of the Board of the Estonian Society of Otolaryngologists and Head and Neck Surgeons
    Dr Lauri Maisvee is currently a consultant head & neck surgeon and otolaryngologist at the Centre of Head & Neck Surgery of the North Estonia Medical Centre and at the Private Hospital Fertilitas.
    He studied medicine in University of Tartu 1989-1995 and completed his surgical training in the field of Otolaryngology/Head Neck Surgery at the University of Tartu 2004 and is practicing head & neck surgery ever since.
    In his clinical practice the main fields of interests include ablative oncological head & neck surgery, reconstructive head & neck surgery, endoscopic microsurgery of upper aerodigestive tract and facial plastic surgery.
    Dr Maisvee is the current President of Estonian Society of Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery, also active member of Estonian Society of Oncology, Estonian Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery. Dr Maisvee has attended numerous international conferences, training and instructional courses

    Vice President: MD Kristel Kalling

    Member of Board of the Estonian Society of Otolaryngologists and Head and Neck Surgeons Kristel Kalling graduated Tartu University as a medical doctor in 1996 and Tartu University residency program in 2001 as an otorhinolaryngologist. She has working experience as an otorhinolaryngologist since 1999 and her interest has been towards laryngology ever since.
    Kristel is a founder of the North Estonian Cleft Team in 2005 and East Tallinn Voice Team in 2008.
    Currently working at East Tallinn Central Hospital as consultant - otorhinolaryngologist, leading laryngologist in the voice team; in North Estonian Medical Center as a phoniatrican in the cleft team; and in the private clinic Fertilitas as an otorhinolaryngologist-laryngologist.
    Active member in European Laryngological Society and the Union of European Phoniatricians.
    Establisher of seminars to celebrate World Voice Day in Estonia annually, since 2011.
    Co-Chair of the 14th Pan European Voice Conference in Tallinn.
