Biography: Elvis graduated the radiology technician specialty at the Tartu Health Care College in 2015. Already during his studies, he worked as an assistant radiology technician in the radiology department of the North Estonia Medical Centre. After finishing Tartu Health Care College, he continued working in the radiology department as a radiology technician. Since 2019 he has been working as the leading radiology technician of the radiology department and since 2021 as the leading radiology technician of the radiology center in the North Estonia Medical Centre. As an excellent communicator, he is a good cooperation partner for all og his colleagues. His determination and poise have helped him to find positive solutions to problems. He also applies his skills as a radiology technician outside of hospital, being part of the Estonian disaster medicine team since 2015, which is his biggest hobby at the time. He has acquired new management knowledge in the master's program in Human Resource Management specialty at Tallinn University of Technology.
