Title of abstract: O-T10-05 Radiogenomics in BRCA1/2 associated breast cancer

Synopsis: Radiogenomics combines a large volume of quantitative data extracted from medical images with individual genomic phenotypes and constructs a prediction model through deep learning to stratify patients, guide therapeutic strategies, and evaluate clinical outcomes. Our purpose is to find imaging biomarkers by using structural analysis (radiomics) software called Olea that would help us to diagnose BRCA mutated breast cancer and in that way we can increase a diagnostic accuracy and a survival rate.

This agenda item is presented in the following session: S8-4 Breast Radiology
