Title of abstract: O-T9-01 Sex reassignment surgery and changes in the pelvis - up-to-date information in CT and MRI diagnostics.

Synopsis: This presentation is a theoretical literature review about how different radiological methods is performed in transgender patients. A wide range of gender reassignment surgical techniques can cause difficulties in assessing the anatomical structures of the small pelvis, thereby leading to erroneous conclusions and diagnoses. Presentation describes how MRI and CT can be helpful for surgical procedures follow ups, for long and short-term complication evaluation, as well for pathologies detecting that are not associated with the sex reassignment surgery increases accordingly.
