Title of abstract: O-T4-02 Possibilities of Optimizing Cerebral CT Angiography and Perfusion Protocols

Synopsis: Possibilities of Optimizing Cerebral CT Angiography and Perfusion Protocols): Cerebral CT angiography and perfusion combination has a tremendous impact for stroke diagnosis and timely treatment. However, CT is an imaging technique that uses ionizing radiation. The aim of this research is to evaluate optimization possibilities of cerebral CT angiography and perfusion protocols parameters. During the research it was found that cerebral CT angiography and perfusion protocols could be optimized better and doses are greater than the lowest recommended in literature.

This agenda item is presented in the following session: S5-4 CT for Radiographers
