Biography: Since 2008, Dr. Kurminas is practicing interventional radiology in Vilnius University hospital Santaros Klinikos. For ten years (2011-2021), worked as radiologist in the department of Nuclear Medicine. Holds a PdD degree in Biomedical Sciences from Vilnius University Faculty of Medicine. Head of the newly established Interventional Radiology Department.

Synopsis: Peripheral Arteriovenous Malformations (PAVM) poses serious therapeutic challenges, shows varied clinical presentation (from asymptomatic to life-threatening congestive heart failure). In this presentation we review classification systems, imaging and treatment strategies for PAVM.
