Synopsis: Dialysis access is one of the hot topics among IR specialists and other physicians these days. However failure of AV fistulas or grafts is a common problem. Among all the complications, thrombosis is mostly observed. Some clinical cases will be presented to illustrate the pathology and a possible endovascular treatment.
