Synopsis: Infrapopliteal arterial run-off has a proven impact on patency rates of both open bypass surgery and endovascular revascularization in patients with critical limb ischemia. Preoperative run-off scoring can be performed based on digital subtraction images or good quality computed tomography angiography. Different run-off scoring systems have been proposed by authors in recent 15 years. In this lecture clinical application and value of different scoring systems will be discussed.
