Cancellation terms:

The following refund policy applies in case of cancellation:

• 50% of the participation fee will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received before April 08th, 2024;
  
• No refund will be made if notice of cancellation is received after April 08th, 2024;
  
• All refunds are charged 50 EUR for handling
